Jesus Beam process

1.This cosplay required a lot of “making stuff up”, but it’s clear the color scheme had to be white and light blue. 
2. The character honestly seemed to me like she was created naked, like a greek statue or something, with giant wings as censorship, but I was a bit nervous about making wings that large and at such odd angles.
3. I made everything up
